JW-Self-propelled Thermoplastic Spraying
Marking Machine
Product Overview
The self-propelled hot melt spraying machine adopts the centrifugal roller spraying principle.
Through the high-speed rotation of the double-axis gear, centrifugal force is generated to spray
the paint onto the road surface to form a coating film. The spray-type spraying has smooth lines,
neat edges, uniform thickness, and good micro-bead adhesion. With the rapid development of
transportation, high-grade roads mostly use coarse gravel permeable roads. The road surface of
large and medium repairs adopts the thin award sealing process. It brings new issues to the
amount of materials used for our road markings. The new hot melt spraying process not only
saves materials, but also has good drainage and good reflection.

Key Features
Feature
Description
Self-Propelled
Design for
Enhanced Efficiency
The JW-Self-propelled Thermoplastic Spraying Marking Machine features
a self-propelled system that ensures smooth and consistent movement
during the marking process. This design eliminates the need for manual
pushing, reducing operator fatigue and increasing overall efficiency. The
machine is equipped with a high-quality gasoline engine that provides
reliable power, ensuring consistent performance even in demanding
conditions.
High-Capacity and
Efficient Heating
System
The machine includes a double-layer stainless steel thermal insulation
heating bucket with a capacity of up to 150kg. This large capacity allows
for extended marking periods without frequent refills, making it suitable
for large-scale projects. The heating bucket is designed with a plug-in
mixing device that can be quickly removed and replaced, ensuring
efficient mixing and melting of thermoplastic materials. The electric
heating system ensures rapid and even heating, reducing the time
required for material preparation.
Precision Spraying
Marking Head
The JW-Self-propelled Thermoplastic Spraying Marking Machine is
equipped with a high-precision spraying marking head that ensures
uniform and precise application of thermoplastic markings. The marking
head can be adjusted to various widths (50mm to 450mm) and
thicknesses (1.2mm to 2.5mm), providing flexibility to meet different
project requirements. The spraying mechanism ensures that the markings
