Featuring a dual-cylinder large-capacity design, it supports continuous operation and significantly improves construction efficiency. Equipped with a high-efficiency temperature-controlled burner and an intelligent computer control system, it delivers fast melting performance, precise temperature regulation, and reliable operation. Reference Photo Main Features Feature Specification Dual-cylinder Large Capacity Design The JW-200 adopts a dual-cylinder structure (2000 kg total capacity), with each cylinder holding up to 1000 kg of thermoplastic material. The two kettles melt material simultaneously, enabling continuous operation and greatly improving construction efficiency, especially for large-area road marking projects. Fast Melting Technology The equipment uses a high-efficiency temperature-controlled burner combined with an optimized combustion chamber Feature Specification system to achieve complete fuel atomization and high-oxygen combustion.
