Dual-cylinder Large Capacity Design
The JW-200 adopts a dual-cylinder structure (2000 kg total capacity), with each cylinder holding up to 1000 kg of thermoplastic material. The two kettles melt material simultaneously, enabling continuous operation and greatly improving construction efficiency, especially for large-area road marking projects.
Fast Melting Technology
The equipment uses a high-efficiency temperature-controlled burner combined with an optimized combustion chamber system to achieve complete fuel atomization and high-oxygen combustion. Compared with conventional equipment, the melting speed is increased by more than 30%, shortening construction time.
